2. How to order?
A: Kindly submit ORDER FORM.
3. When can I receive order confirmation?
A: We will reply at most 24hrs. after you sent your order form, otherwise pls. follow up via SMS (0905) 6677001, we might not receive your order form or our reply is in your spam folder. Please note that we always reply to all order form as efficient as we can, kindly submit it with required info and proper pattern to avoid delays.
4. How much is the shipping fee?
A: It depends on the quantity and size combinations of your order/s. for 1x16oz. regular mouth jar with small accessories, Metro Manila delivery and packing fees– 100, Provincial- 220. Kindly email your preferred order and have us calculate delivery and packing fees if you want to know first the total amount of your order before submitting final order form.
5. Are fragile items insured for shipping?
A: NO. Pickup is ideal. No physical store, near Pasig, prior schedule needed. If you want it to be delivered via courier– We are not liable for damaged or lost item/s. We always make sure that all items were properly packed and checked before we forward them to the courier. We deliver via Grab, Lalamove, or Xend
6. Do you operate 24/7?
A: No. We operate online 9am-7pm, Monday to Saturday. Txt/Viber/iMessage/Email will only be answered during those times. No calls will be entertained even online hours.
7. Do you deliver daily?
A: Yes, except Sundays. Payment received on a certain day will be out for courier pickup on the next business day. During times with bulk deliveries, temporary schedule applies. Details of which will be indicated when we reply via email to your order form.
8. Can I reserve available items?
A: Yes, reservation for on-hand items is allowed for 2 days only.
9. Can I order through SMS/Viber?
A: Possible for Viber but not on sms. Kindly indicate complete information and order items that are on-hand based on our site. Please note that we prioritize orders with order forms sent through email.
10. What are the modes of payment?
A: Bank deposit via Bank of the Philippine Islands or BDO. Remittance Centers: LBC, Palawan, or Cebuana.
